Bring in any competing grocery store’s register receipt; and if we can’t save you money on your total shopping order, we will Double the Difference.

• Sign in at the customer service center to start your Shoppers Challenge shop.
• Order size: A single receipt total of qualifying items must exceed $75.00.
• Competitor’s receipt must be no older than 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Products must be purchased at Shoppers to be eligible for the Shoppers Challenge.
• Authorized promotion pricing: Advertised, sale and loyalty card purchases will be honored at the reduced retail.
• Quantity limits: All promoted products including advertised, sale and loyalty card items will be limited to a total quantity of 2. An item is defined as a product and its flavor extensions, i.e. Coke, Diet Coke, Caffeine Free etc. are considered one item and the limit is 2 of any combination of those flavors.
• Regular or Everyday priced items are limited to a total quantity of 4 of each item.
• Manufacturers coupon policy: Limit of 4 coupons of any one item.
• Competitor store brands will be compared to Shoppers Family Brands i.e. HomeBest, Richfood, Shoppers Value, and Super Chill.
• Brands not carried by Shoppers will be excluded from the Shoppers Challenge.
• Brands that have a size/weight difference will be converted at a unit of measure to equalize cost.
• Discontinued, Seasonal Markdowns or Close Outs are not valid and will be excluded from the Shoppers Challenge.
• Prescription drugs, beer, wine and tobacco are not valid and are excluded from this promotion.

Receipts must include a size and brand for each item to be used (this can be written on the receipt).

• Unauthorized Retailers: Club Stores i.e. Sam’s Club, Costco or BJ’s are not eligible due to club fees, limited variety and major packaging differences. Mass merchants i.e. Wal-Mart, Target or Kmart are not eligible due to the limited variety in fresh food i.e. produce, meat, deli, bakery and seafood.
• This promotion is for a limited time and can be canceled at any time by Shoppers Food & Pharmacy.
• Double the Difference payout example: If a competitor’s qualifying receipt total is lower than the Shoppers qualifying receipt total, the difference will be doubled. Example: Competitor’s receipt total $90.00, Shoppers total $100.00, the difference is $10.00 times 2 (double) equals $20.00 payout.
• Maximum payout to any individual will be $100.00.
• All payments require the signature, phone number, address, and the photo I.D. of the cash payment recipient.
• Customers are limited to a total of 2 cash payments in the Shoppers Challenge from Shoppers Food & Pharmacy.
• Shoppers employees are not eligible.
