MAPLE GLAZED SALMON

- 1 pound frozen salmon fillets thawed
- 1/4 cup 100% maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki marinade & sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed orange juice
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Pat fish dry with clean paper towels. Place salmon fillets in a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag.
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour ½ of the marinade over salmon; seal bag. Gently toss to coat; marinate 30 minutes.
Prepare grill to medium heat. Place a grill basket that has been sprayed with no-stick cooking spray on grill. Remove salmon from marinade; discard marinade. Place in hot grill basket. Grill until golden brown crust forms (about 4-5 minutes).
Carefully turn over; brush with reserved marinade. Continue grilling 4-5 minutes longer, brushing with reserved marinade, or until golden brown and flakes easily with fork.
