ENCHILADA RAVIOLI BAKE

INGREDIENTS
- 1 (25 ounce) package Essential Everyday Frozen Beef Ravioli
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can Essential Everyday Diced Tomatoes With Green Chiles drained
- 1 (10 ounce) can Essential Everyday Mild Enchilada Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Essential Everyday Ground Cumin
- 2 cups Essential Everyday Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- 1 cup broken up Essential Everyday Tortilla Chips optional
- - sliced green onions optional
- - Essential Everyday Sliced Ripe Olives optional
DIRECTIONS
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, combine tomatoes, enchilada sauce and cumin. Add pasta and 1 cup cheese; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 2�-quart baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake in a preheated 375�F oven 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Remove from oven and top with tortilla chips, green onions and black olives, if desired.
