ITALIAN PASTA

INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces Wild Harvest Organic Spaghetti Pasta
- 1/2 pound bulk hot Italian sausage
- 1 8 ounce package sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup Wild Harvest Organic Half & Half
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped Wild Harvest Organic Fresh Italian Parsley
DIRECTIONS
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in large skillet, brown sausage over medium-high heat. When just about cooked through, add in mushrooms and garlic. Continue sautéing until sausage is cooked through and mushrooms are tender; drain off grease.
Toss in cooked pasta, half & half and tomato. Simmer until heated through. Remove from heat and toss with cheese and parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
